Morris Family (Santa Margarita)

Josh is the amazing film maker master mind behind Rain Studios that I occasionally get the privilege to shoot weddings with. We've become friends over the years and I was so honored when he asked me to photograph his beautiful family. He happens to be the owner of San Luis Obispo's newest and still-under-the-radar wedding venue, The Grace Maralyn Estate, affectionately named after their first little lady; Grace. We shot behind the house for a bit, had some of the best salmon dinner overlooking Santa Margarita's rolling golden hills, then headed down the hill to Grace Maralyn for some fun shots around the grounds. If you're a bride looking for somewhere to get married on the Central Coast that feels like a vacation get-away for your family and friends THIS IS THE PLACE. The 3,000 square feet Victorian house sleeps about a dozen and has all the amenities that can make it the perfect guest house to accommodate family during a destination wedding weekend. The turn of the century barn, on location photo-booth, grassy lawn and twinkle lights adds the warm rustic atmosphere that is sure to make any reception into a party of epic proportions.
